Kim Victoria Cattrall, born August 21, 1956 in London, is a British and Canadian actor from Canada and Britain. She is most famous for her character Samantha Jones on the HBO show Sex and the City. In this role, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for 2002 for Best Female Supporting actress. Between 2008 and 2010, she reprised her role in the movies Sex and the City and Sex and the City 2. Also, she is known for her leading roles in the films of the 1980s Police Academy Big Trouble in Little China Mannequin and Porky's. Kim Cattrall is most often associated with her popular HBO sitcom Sex & the City, where she played Samantha Jones. The well-known actress' portrayal as Samantha Jones has been a crucial moment in her career. She became a national star and earned international fame by appearing on the comedy. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. The most famous of her roles was the actress in La Dolce Vita in the comedy film. The film received an Oscar, and received the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival of 1960. It also was commercially and critically highly acclaimed. Before she began her acting career as a model, she worked as a Swedish fashion model. In the end, she won the Miss Sweden Contest. Then she moved to the US after which she started appearing in films as minor characters. She was the Venusian Guard in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars which was her debut credits performance. She soon won the Golden Globe award in the Most Promising Newcomer category, after appearing in the film Blood Alley.
